Security and compliance
Glaido is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Find the certificate, the Trust Center, and how to reach the security team.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified
Glaido's information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international standard for managing information security. The certificate was issued by Johanson Group after an independent audit, and it is kept current through annual surveillance audits.
What the certification covers
The certification covers how Glaido protects your data across the whole product: the desktop app, the web app, the services behind them, and the way we build, release, and support Glaido. It includes customer and personal data, source code, credentials, and the suppliers we work with.
Trust Center
The Glaido Trust Center is the place to verify all of this yourself. There you can:
- Download the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate
- Review our security controls and the sub-processors we use
- Request the certification audit report. Access is granted after a short non-disclosure agreement.
Security reviews for your team
If your company needs a security questionnaire or vendor review before rolling out Glaido, email [email protected]. Start with the Trust Center: most questionnaires can be answered from the documents there.
Reporting a vulnerability
Found a security issue? Email [email protected] with the steps to reproduce it. Please don't share it publicly until we have had a chance to fix it.
