Glaido

Authentication

Create an account and sign in to Glaido.

A Glaido account is required to use the app. Your account stores your preferences, dictation languages, and formatting rules.

Signing in

You can sign in directly within the Glaido app on first launch, using any of these methods:

Click Continue with Google and follow the OAuth flow in your browser. Fast, and no password to remember.

Click Continue with GitHub and follow the OAuth flow in your browser.

Enter your email address and password on the Password tab of the sign-in screen.

Staying signed in

Your session is stored securely in the platform credential store (the Keychain on macOS, the Credential Manager on Windows), so you won't need to sign in again unless you explicitly sign out.

Signing out

Go to Settings > Account and sign out from your profile. This clears your local session but keeps your account, preferences, and data intact on the server.

Managing your account

Use Settings > Account > Manage account to open the Glaido web app, where you can manage your account details.
