Command Palette

The Command Palette is a quick-access launcher for jumping to any feature, running actions, and searching your transcription history from the keyboard.

Opening the Command Palette

Press ⌘ + K (macOS) or Ctrl + K (Windows) anywhere in Glaido.

Available commands

The Command Palette groups actions into categories:

Command	Description
Home	Go to the dashboard
Dictionary	Open the dictionary manager
Snippets	Open the snippets manager
Personalization	Open formatting rules
Referrals	Open the referrals page
Settings	Open application settings

Quick actions

Command	Description
Add word	Add a new dictionary entry
Add snippet	Create a new text snippet
Add personalization rule	Create a new formatting rule
Switch to light/dark theme	Toggle the app theme

Searching transcription history

Type at least 2 characters to search through your past transcriptions. The Command Palette searches across all transcription text and returns up to 15 matching sessions. Click a result to jump to that session in the history view.
